What you'll do
We're on the lookout for a virtual Project Manager to manage workshops across a variety of projects with corporates and social-impact organisations. Once you're here, you will:
- Provide project management, logistics, and community management — developing and managing timelines, and providing speaker and participant management.
- Conduct detailed workshop project planning: creating a project timeline, breaking down tasks and activities, setting key milestones, and more.
- Manage and support the team's manpower and project allocation across the organisation.
- Create and manage overall project timelines, anticipating next steps and following up on previous ones.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Produce reports and final outputs for workshops and projects, such as client presentations.
What we're looking for
- Organised and detail-oriented, able to meet deadlines for developing trainings.
- A digital native familiar with tools like Google Docs, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets.
- Preferably a background in the non-profit / social sector.
- Outstanding written, proofreading, and communication skills in English.
- Able to make sure nothing is missed across many different projects.
- Able to adapt to uncertainties and variables by creating a realistic action plan.
- Able to prioritise and complete duties to a high professional standard within established timeframes.
- Have a stable, fast internet connection and a computer that can handle video calls and large files.
- Able to work night shifts (occasionally).
